Did my night fast bloods this morning which have been 10 or over since I had the shock news my hba1c was 101. My reading was 7.9, I know its not 7 or below and this cutting back on the carbs has made me feel so ill with flu like symptoms.

But I'm so happy with 7.9.

Great news on the readings. Keep going. The flu like feeling will pass. Make sure you have enough water, salts and fats in the meantime. They will help I promise.
