So happy this morning..

Did my night fast bloods this morning which have been 10 or over since I had the shock news my hba1c was 101. My reading was 7.9, I know its not 7 or below and this cutting back on the carbs has made me feel so ill with flu like symptoms.

But I'm so happy with 7.9.
