So, I've Lost A Roll

I'm talking stomach fat. I am 5 weeks post diagnosis and have been doing LCHF and am pleased to report I have lost a roll of fat (will have an official weigh in tomorrow but feel so much smaller. Am only 5ft so every lb shows on me. After 2.5 weeks I had lost 3kg and taken my HbA1c down by 9 points (62 down to 53). I love LCHF!!

Well done that is really good news. Make sure that you tone as you go so that your skin fits the new slimmer you. The weight took time to go on and so it should take a while to come off. We try to go too fast at our peril, so a pound (half a kg) a week is fine.

Congratulations! I am also only 5ft so well aware of how every lb shows.

I haven't lost a roll. In fact, I seemed to have gained a more prominent roll, as the few lbs I did lose I lost from far too high up
