Just had an email from diabetes stating that they have long been an advocate of lchf!! When did that happen, lol.

well the headline was 'carbs linked to higher risk of death'. I don't have a problem with that, cos I do lchf. What I was surprised with was the statement that diabetesuk was a long term champion of reduced carbs,
 
I've had exactly the same. How is it rubbish? (I haven't been on the website for long sooo I don't really know)

I got same circular and it is from This Site (DCUK) not the other lot Diabetes uk.org (DUK). The two are different entities.

This site supports LCHF, the other one frowns on low carb and strongly pushes the NHS eatwell plate..
