i avoid all the drinks like that..diluted / full fat or diet.
just simpler and easy.(.just how i likes it.

now it's purely tea, herbal teas, hot lemon, and water and water with REAL fruit added

Water Infusers
makes the water a tad more pleasant and less boring, when i first started it helped as visual aid to drink sufficient water,
and now i can really TASTE sugars again, i tend to need less fruits to flavour it.
tried lemons, and limes, not tried strawberries etc but would be the same benefits i'd guess.
Plus it's what all us cool kids use at the gym, so this old fogey doesn't feel too out of place and ashamed getting out me old thermos flask on the treadmills...hahaha
