    From the “ruled me” site which seems to see keto as being under 35g -50g total carbs a day with different people needing to be at different points in the carb range to enter ketosis
    The guide covers all sorts of areas listed across 7 pages - have a scoll through the titles and see if anything sparks your interest / answers a question.
    The site also has a load of free recipies

    Thanks for the link, I haven’t seen this site before, it looks very interesting. On the first page I looked at it answered a puzzle for me re weight loss, I have bookmarked the site for future reference.
