Ok, so I am not exactly fasting once or twice or so a week - its more i forget to eat, as I am not hungry, and then will remember around 20 hours after my last meal.
I have been doing this for a few weeks now, not eating until I get hungry, and then choosing carefully what to eat.
Results: my digestive issues have not worsened, and the cramping has eased a bit (maybe an unknown intolerance now being avoided naturally?)
And I have lost another 3 kg!!!!! Even though, when i do eat, I can often eat over 1000cals of mainly fats and protein in one go.
My only issue is with some lightheadedness which even Bovril isnt curing.
