Hi @Bill_Tanner :)

Sometimes the forum software holds back innocent posts. Those are then checked by a moderator and approved.

I can't see a post from you waiting to be checked so I'm not sure to what you're referring, but rest assured that any posts held back by the software that shoukdnt have been will appear as soon as one of us has checked them :)

Bill, were you trying to send Sarah a Private Message? If that's the case, the forum functionality doesn't allow that until you've made a few more posts.

This isn't anything against you, but it helps prevent spammers or miscellaneous naughty people joining up and private making a nuisance of themselves.

As you will appreciate, DCUK takes member security very seriously.
