Thanks. I think I may try the broccoli. Worst time is after dinner to feed insulin. I have to keep snacking to stop the drop. Never thought I would have this problem. I have never been a calorie person. Years ago I lived on 3 Lean Cuisines a day. What I mostly cut at the beginning was lots of mayo dip. I would use mayo and hot sauce for dipping veggies. I ate a whole avocado then too. I couldn't keep bs steady without a lot of fat so I dropped some fat as well as insulin and all was well but now I seem to still be needing to feed insulin. There is no smaller dose other than none and that won't work. Info wonder. If this low cal thing does actually do something with the pancreas as far as healing. I know infill always need insulin as c peptide is very low and GAD is over 250. Like always, diabetes changes when the wind blows. Thanks for your thought. I will try a little broccoli tonight
