I have tried my exercise bike but also suffer numb bum syndrome and can only do 10 mins so 28 mins is great !You are doing really well, Connie.
So today was better. Done 28 mins on bike ( bum numb by then) and half hour's hoovering and cleaning bathroom and stairs then went fir 20 minute walk to pick last of blackberries down lane.
It's bumopathy!!I must have a better padded bum! Strangely that's the one thing I've noticed about losing weight- if I sit any length of time my bum gets really numb xx
...45 minute walk yesterday, I might be diverted a bit on the one today as found out last night that a Banksy has appeared here in our town over the weekend and he has confirmed it was done by him...... will go down and have a look today as its not too far from where I work.
