Spring Rolls

Good morning.

Just trying to sort out tonights supper. Typically saturday night is takeaway, and am going for sushi - (90% will be sashimi) but I was wondering how bad a spring roll is.

All I can think, is the inside is mainly bean sprouts (have vegy ones) and it is just the pastry (and I suppose they are fried)

Would a few small spring rolls be that bad??

If they are bought check the carb content per roll.

in a tesco packet, there are 29g per 100g.

Does it not give content per roll on back of pack?

The ones I have are party spring rolls 30/100 they declare at 6.5gm per roll.

If they're fried the oil will have an impact on how quickly they're digested.

I usually oven bake them.

Spring Rolls are usually very high in Carbs. Not for everybody I think. Take away the outer coating, but then it isn't a Spring Roll, is it. :?
