I'm about to book a holiday to Sri Lanka. War aside, does anyone know of any difficulties I might find regarding insulin/diabetes? I will have a room with a fridge, so keeping insulin cool won't be an issue.

oh wow! that looks great! If I'd known earlier, I'd have saved spending an extra £300 on a superior room with a fridge, and got a couple of those
