hi all, just got my results in for my HBA1C... 39, down from 105

39! im blown away!

this has prompted a note on my file saying normal but unexpected - make appointment with Dr

Well done from me too

Afternoon all you Diabete-iacs,

Well its that time again, HBA1c check up number 2, 6 months on from diagnosis... i wonder what it will be this time.

in the last 3 months my fitness regime has accelerated and I'm currently ripping up the road at between 7 - 9 miles a day fast pace walking. I'm weighing in at 18st 2lb and my fitness has improved no end, to the point where i had a race with my 20 & 24 year old sons and left them eating my dust

next major goal is to get below 18 st and then I'm treating myself to some KFC! (gotta treat yourself once in a while)

will post results when i get them back, but to everyone out their living with the 'bete's good luck and enjoy life!

Amazing result! Keep up the good work!

Wow, great result. I got the same in the NHS app when I went down to 33 - normal but unexpected, I was nearly offended haha.
