thought id sprung a leak lol
but increased my interval training time by one minute so pleased with that
just got to keep going with it.

I went to the gym for the first time today, "BLIMEY!!!!" how unfit did I feel??? I'll have to learn all the names of the machines before I tell you what I did.
I had a doctors referall so I had a personal trainer for an hour and was told I was a lot fitter than I thought, he did a fat test on me, last time I went I had 33% fat and this time I had 25% fat, blood pressure was fine and when I was exercising my heart rate was about 140 (don't know if that's any good?) but must admit to feeling good about going, so I am aiming to go 3 times a week and swimming twice..... we'll see how that works out.
Keep at it everyone ..... end of week six for me on Monday..... 2 more to go!!!!!
