Step into Spring

I'm going to a wedding in May and I would like to buy something that doesn't look like a tent to wear to it.

Lots of running round and being on feet for two days plus dancing like a middle -aged loon at hubby's 50th. Exhausted and ache in places I didn't know I could ache in. Today will be bit of gentle walking as I'm having a bad fibro flare up.

Tuesday 22 mins peddling and bit of walking.
Wednesday walked for about 20 minutes and peddled for 20 mins.

About 20 minutes walking and climbing the office stairs yesterday.

Oh I did 15 mins walk on Tuesday, then another enforced 2 x 10 mins brisk walk. I didn't do a lot yesterday other than take my Aunt shopping. I think Wednesdays will be my 'be gentle on myself ' day.

Been pretty good this week. Did 3.6 miles walking Monday evening after tea, 4.5 on Tuesday and 6.5 last night. Last night was awesome as I was treated to the display of hundreds of frogs that had come out for the night to mate. Frogging?

Haha hairy camel I would love to see the frogging .
Sorry I haven't been around much but have been running around working and visiting , I work in the hospital my daughter is in , or rather I work on the site where my daughter is in hospital . Been going to work for about half 8am , visiting her at 3 , back to my office about 4 then visiting at 7 then get home about 8.45 pm # knackered and glad she will be home soon .
I'm off tomorrow so hopefully go for a walk in the morning and blow the cobwebs away .
Glad you are all still going at it , I will too. I ve at least not given up totally , it's quite a walk from my office to the ward my daughter is in and I do walk up to the 4th floor a couple of times a day

5 mile walk this morning

Yesterday was a good 2 hrs walking round a Manchester-boy it was cold. The one downside of losing weight is I'm nithered all the time.

Today 40 minutes peddling.

Nithered? Not heard that one before, that's cold right? Is it the same as 'nesh'?

Back home now, about 20 minutes walk and 5 on the rower today.

It is North eastern dialect for cold. I've never heard of nesh- where is that peculiar to?

55 minutes peddling. And lots of running round after cats! Come home Mr Ethyl!!

Well it's chanking here lol

I walked around the shops and cleared out so much paper from my hand bags , I seem to have a thing about paper **** in my bags lol

Planned to go for a walk

But the hail , snow , thunder and lightening happened.

So I took the car to the shop , 3 minute walk from car to shop , 10 minute walk around the shop , 3 minute walk back to car , no it's not my activity for the day , even I would say that was pushing it . So why did I tell you all that ? Well I'm home now and thawing out , it was absolutely Baltic and my fingers are sore as they freeze out lol.

Better go and iron after a cuppa tea to thaw out some more z

Chilly. Sunshine here with lots of hail interludes. Today is pub quiz so I'll have to say my twenty minute whizz round Asda and a 15 minute walk count. I have been up and downstairs several times too.
