12 mins peddling so far( more needed but I will have to let tea settle) and 1 hr walk in cold Yorkshire air.
An additional 23 minutes peddling.

It's still empty .... Just refused to do any washing lol

35 minutes peddling on old numb bum garage machine .

BS 4.9 Afterwards . So much easier when it's light when I finish work

30 min walk at lunchtime and the. A 40 min walk when I got home.... Feeling knackered today but as the weather looks like it's going to turn for the worst thought I'd better get some time in

55 mins walking when I got home.

15 Mins peddling yesterday and 15 mins walk.
Today trolley dash round ALDI, bit of walking and 30 minutes peddling.

35 minutes peddling. Bit of cleaning and about 10 minutes walking , mostly upstairs.

Funny because this is how diabetes affected me before I started to be active and reduce my carbs

Lovely day I. Ayrshire . Walked around Irvine shops for about 15 minutes then another 15 minutes at home .

70 minute walk around the countryside today

Back home now, got a 50 minute walk in for the first time in over a week.

Friday 32 mins peddling
Saturday 30 mins peddling

Quick walk this morning then washing walls down and floors in one of the bedrooms .

31 mins peddling - my knees ache- I imagine there'll be a bit more later as tea planned is bit carby if I have two chips!

Another 21 minutes after dinner. Legs feeling it today.
