Hello peeps it's Spring again

I thought about starting another new thread but figure this one worked before so here we go .

Hello everybody. I posted on winter so I'll post again here. 1 hour swimming today achieving 40 lengths. 3 days in row.

Oh goody. New interest!
Been out walking around museums and galleries all day. Just a few short rests to sit down.

I just realised, in a little over two weeks it will be British Summer Time, as the clocks go forward.
Better get moving!

Yeah but to me Spring starts on 21st March and summer in June so we can stroll into Spring

Count me in - I like to walk for at least half an hour a day. Better get the pedometer out!

I'm up for it - started already in fact - used a pedometer for the first time on Tuesday and going well - 12,886 steps on Tuesday, 11,946 yesterday and 12,941 today

Hello everybody. 1 hour swimming today and did 45 lengths! I've managed 4 days in a row.

I will start on Sunday I promise

Well, I got off to a good start - after a very foggy morning the sun came out at lunchtime, so I went for an unexpectedly long walk. I started off going to my mum's local shops but they didn't have what I was looking for so I ended up making a detour into town. Over an hour and a half of walking later I notched up 10,500 steps! Good job I remembered to wear my pedometer isn't it

I walked through woodland, over sand dunes, along a beach. Just two short breaks in the two and a half hours it took. Sat enjoying the sunshine for no more than 5 mins each stop.
Still the activity tracker, a.k.a electronic tag, has only registered 4416 steps, and is currently showing the red line which means get up and move your backside. I am ignoring that as my theory is that it did not register the steps I took on the sandy beach. I know I excelled all my expectations today.
Sore, but happy.

@Pipp I had a great walk this week. Wells-next-the-sea towards Holkham along a muddy stony track, then the long way back along the beach. I reckon walking on sand should count double! Where can I get a pedo-thing from?
