I managed a woodland walk. Plenty of places to sit in bird hides. Just as well as the sunshine soon turned to heavy rain shower. Good to be in the fresh air and solitude though.

In the office most of this week, but at least I can climb those stairs every day (twice yesterday!).

Been using stairs and housework cleaning as my exercise these last few days.

Guessing everyone has stepped out now spring has sprung?

Not very Spring-like down here, but shifted some paving slabs in the garden earlier.

Mostly gentle walking as I've done something to my foot and calves. Bit of peddling and sit ups tonight and some bingo wing weights.

Pacing in doc waiting room. 20 minutes.

Has anyone else felt like posting in Lands end to John O'Groats thread?

Had to resort to chair based exercise today, feeling a bit poorly.

A 45 minute stagger around the supermarket using trolley as a sort of wheely zimmer.

Window cleaning for 45 mins, a bit of stair climbing added in.

I am guessing everyone else is out enjoying the spring they stepped into.

Well you guys are doing better than me. I'm still only managing physio type exercises.

I do some of those too zand. Looks like others have got so fit they have left us behind.

My exercise today is cleaning and shifting some clutter out of the house. Should take a few hours with rests in between and some physio when finished the work.

Today a short walk to visit son's home alone dog, and played throwing and fetching games with the hound. I threw the ball, I fetched the ball as he watched stretched out in the sunshine.

That went on for 40 mins, with little breaks inbetween.
