Step up for Santa

40 minute walk during the lunch hour, didn't fancy it at first as its been bitter cold the last couple of days but didn't feel cold by the time I'd finished!!
 
Did nt formally so my 30 minutes but did wander around Glasgow and attended my daughters graduation . Proud day ImageUploadedByDCUK Forum1417034576.778285.jpg
 
Day of today as busy in town. Going on a ghost walk tomorrow night so hopefully I can keep up these days.
 
Did 2 x 10 minute walks so far and will do another 10 before I go to bed
 
30 minute walk at lunch time.

Just back from another 20 minutes walk .
 
Day off yesterday and today was a ghost walk and some walking to pub and back - say about 1htr total moving.
 
30 min walk at lunch time - also didn't use the lift at all today (I work on the second floor).....so I feel totally knackered lol
 
Had shower. Needed 30 minutes rest. Walked 10 minutes to shops. Food shopping and walk back. 1 1/2 sleep. Chemotherapy can be a bug---r to recover from..
 
Been doing quite a few city walks ...for a couple of hours each time ...
But planning my country walks again this weekend :)
Might see Santa soon ;) x

30 minutes on numb bum bike. Hoping it has burned off the 4 oven potato wedges I had with tea.

Oh Nuthead just do what you can but above all be kind to yourself xxx
