Still in the 30s.. just

    Just had my second HbA1c test since diagnosis.

    It's gone up to.... 39 from 38! It was 73 on diagnosis.

    However this could be down to the following:

    - A few beers during the world cup.
    - A few ice creams and french baguettes on holiday in France.
    - I was on antibiotics for a week last month.

    However, the bad news is my weight has crept back up to 91kg from 87! But I haven't been swimming in ages due to having a cold and no doubt excessive holiday treats didn't help!

    My GP reduced my Metformin dose to 500mg x2 daily. However I haven't taken any since April as the side effects didn't agree with me and I wanted a chance to improve on diet alone! Can't wait to tell her when I see her next week. :doctor:

    I have no idea what the other figures on my results mean (below), however they all appear normal!
