I hadn't realised it had been that long till I looked back but now I am back I am going to look more at what I am eating and change things if need be. I am guilty of not drinking enough water so have been trying to increase my intake - will be looking more at this too. I have made some nut balls to see if increasing my fat makes a difference. I don't think I eat too much, too little if anything. I will have to master my fitness pal

Not sure if it's psychological or not but since I have been eating more fat I feel thinner. My size 8 cropped trousers that I bought last week were annoying me today as they were too loose. Still need to up my water intake though.

I am only 4'11" thoughunfortunately the weight is coming off in all the wrong places, I have very thin legs and hips but it won't shift off my stomach. Before I started putting on weight I was under 8 stone so that is my aim.

In days when I used to suffer from blocked bowel due to slow colonic transit I could actually GAIN 5lb..
You need to eat foods and enough of them to keep your stomach working and to avoid constipation..
Not saying you have this, but I got to understand my blood levels and lack of stomach moving along to realise why I could actually gain weight...and 5lb gain is a big blockage!!!
Not saying yours is anything like mine, but sometimes you have to look at the whole of your body's functions....
