STOPTOVER, Smoke free October.

I must admit I miss smoking very much at times. It's ten or eleven weeks since I stopped and have no plans to start again.

But oh so I wish tobacco wasn't such a poison.

Im down to three a day, prolonging the agony I think.
Well doneTotto.
And happy Christmas to all.

Thanks to a certain book ?
Thanks to a certain book I can laugh at my addiction,

It is a struggle tough and I am not ashamed to admit it. Oh well, I will re read it, it needs to be read all over again I suppose.

Still cigarette free, still on Ecig , still happy with progress thus far.

Happy days.

II'm so so glad I stopped.
Been a few years now.
The price now is silly.

Just a quick update, still off, still vaping, but going onto a lower nicotine content when I get back from the USA in April.

Thanks for your support everyone, much appreciated.

Well done @JohnD54 great stuff. Can I ask whether your weight has been affected?
Absolutely not, on diagnosis with T2, May 2014 15 stone, by October was approx 12st give or take a lb, since stopping smoking exactly same weight.

This is probably largely due to a complete change in eating habit for me which includes LChf eating, generally regimental eating 7am, 12midday & 6pm.

Quick update still no cigs, cravings still with me, but slowly slowly catchy monkey
