Sorry to have to report, fallen off the wagon since last Saturday, had a very big personal tragedy and took to this cigarettes last Sunday and currently still in them, have every intention of getting back to non smoking at the end of this week.
Will,keep,you,posted, how's everyone else getting on?
Pasha , if I as celebrating something wouldn't be a problem, but depression and personal loss is another thing totally.@ JohnD54
I gave up 25 years ago after smoking 80 a day. First weeks are the most difficult, the golden rule is once you have stopped its forever,never take another cigarette, not at celebrations ie weddings etc. Stay strong and you will come through fag free also. I wish you all the verybest.
