Strawberries

    This year I have so many strawberries and I don't know what to do with them all, there's a limit to how many I could (should) eat. Anybody got any suggestions what I could make with them.

    As jam is probably off the table, give them away and make friends?

    Freeze them and then blitz the frozen berries with double cream for instant ice cream!

    Whizz them into yoghurt and freeze .Great in winter when there are no fresh berries
