Stress, how badly can it effect your numbers?

Stress can certainly affect your blood glucose levels - I was diagnosed during my 24th house move, the most stressful one I have ever done  .

I don't know how much it puts your levels up, but I can imagine that the sort of long-term, grinding stress that you eve take home with you, instead of being able to let it go, can send you steadily up and up.

Discuss it with your GP, perhaps? Or even with your line manager - just let him/her know that you are finding things very stressful - no need to mention diabetes.

I am going to try going for a walk just before mid morning and do plenty of deep breathing and listen to music whilst on the computer so I cant here whats going on on the shop floor!
