Unforthnately this is a problem for many with diabetes :-(
Good control of blood sugar helps, exercise helps. If not, don't be afraid to speak to your doc. It may seem totally embarrassing but they will have heard it all before and can test for testosterone levels and prescribe viagra etc. 37 is way to young to suffer with this and not get it sorted ! Good luck !

I have the same problem, my GP gave me Viagra which was good but having to take at at a certain time took away the spontaneity, i was then given Cialis one a day but that causes me blinding Headaches im going back in the morning as things have become much worse

Don't worry about seeing your Dr they have heard and seen it all before
