I'm sure there's more.
That's my biggest problem.
For almost a year I've been almost free of any diabetic symptoms but the last few weeks I'm struggling to keep the meter reading up ... I aim for seven anything below gets tiring.
I eat and drink fairly normally and few people would suspect I was diabetic ... takeaways home made jam fish n chips etc.
Could It be something else instead of diabetic?

On the other topic you said you keep it at 7, I think you mean average, what is a normal low and high in your day?
But I'd see your Dr, it's not a good idea to boost your BG because you feel better.
what it may be is that you haven't gotten use to normal BG and you are getting false hypo symptoms

Yes I've been keeping at seven pretty good but I'm struggling to now but nothing has really changed in my life.

T2 and supposed to take three metformin a day but only take one in the morning.

Having had a good read around this place I'm begining to understand that 7 is not what I should be aiming for at all!
The nurse at the surgery has been telling me 7 is normal ... 7 is what I should be aiming for.
Seems to be totally wrong and I should be between four and five.
Gawd this gets confusing.
