hi im after some advice, suggestions or tips on how to manage with tiredness. i feel so flat and couldn't even manage to go into college today, as im feeling like someone has touched me and stolen my energy. :yawn:
are there any particular foods or drinks that may help with this, or are there any supplements that i could take to help?

what kind of eating plan is best for T2, as im quite confused about this and am unsure if i should follow a low fat, low carb or count calories.
