I know it's not permanent but last B'S test was 8;4 lowest since 2006 when I was diagnosed....

Smigger62, the official guidelines are 4.8 to 6.8 mmols most here would be happy with 5.5 mmols, note any rise of more than 2.0 mmols after eating is in need of further regulating,it's the swings of more than 2.0 mmols that can cause nerve damage, all the best.What would the average reading for B'S be for type 2 .to be considered OK
