That's why so many people carry dextrosols....What a good idea. Carry something that you find normally disgusting that is high in sugar / glucose content then you won't be tempted to eat it. I'm up for that.

I did use to carry them until one day whilst out walking, the rain ran into my pocket and made one gert big Dextrosol tablet and a very sticky pocket.

I'm getting some sugar free Werthers with my shopping tomorrow 
I've never een a big sweet eater but l like something on a long journey and when walking the dog. I think the dog is going to get a lot more walks if I like them

They're lovely! Not quite the same as the ordinary ones but still very acceptable
