I have been trying to lose weight like what has been suggested. Lately my sugar levels have rocketed. For the past 3weeks, I have not managed to get below 33.3. My question is, what damage is this doing to me at these levels? I go to bed & look noticably thinner in the morning but I dont feel good for it in any way. Is confusion a "hyper" symptom? The last time my levels were this high i found that a foot infection was the cause. Now i am at a loss as to why i am so high. I use 40units of NovoRapid with meals and at night i take 60units of Levemir. I also take Exenatide where can i go from here & what damage is being done?

you are in trouble!
levels like that are DANGEROUS, both in the short and the long term.
Are you T2? Does your care team know about this?
what, other than the medication, have you been doing to control your levels?
