Sounds better, just check the sausages for carbs as some can be quite high. The very high meat content ones are best (and taste nicer too in my opinion).
Excellent, providing the sausages are high meat content ones. Others are full of cereal. Cereal = carbs. I buy Black Farmers 97% meat sausages. Tesco and Sainsburys do their own versions of 97% meat, and probably other supermarkets. They are quite big, very tasty, and about 1g carb per sausage.
You could substitue your sausages for rashers of bacon Two rashers of bacon and two poached eggs is very low carb. I wouldn't thing the tomatoes would be too much but I don't know. I love egg and bacon - that's what I'm having for my tea tonight
