Sugar readings since stopping meti

Hi all I had issues on the medication and since coming off these are my readings for this week dr said don’t worry about it

Hi @firefox60 , what's your diet like? If you're not on medication then the obvious way to reduce levels is to reduce the carbs in your diet....?

Is the medication referred to as meti in the title Metformin? If so what dose were you on?
Stopping a full dose (2000mg or 4 tbs a day) will let your blood sugars rise by a couple of mmol/l on the meter. The effect is small, and as has been said can easily be compensated by dropping the carbs in your diet a bit.
