Hi, I recently heard about Kashi sugarfree products from USA. Does anyone know anything about them & where in the UK they can be bought?

You might also consider that the cereals used are genetically modified to withstand doses of Monsanto herbicides.

Oh, and some of them are very high in carbs.

Hi. My wife makes our own muesli from oats, various seeds, nuts and sugar-free dried fruit pieces. Low cost and pretty healthy and no-added sugar of course
