Neither do I Ali but I gave up my Pepsi Max addiction and lost half a stone. I think it's something to do with first insulin response. The tongue tastes something sweet, releases insulin but it's got nothing to work on. Insulin is the hormone that makes you fat, so....?

Yeah. Me neither, but (inspired by Libby) I cut the Diet Coke and lost 10lbs in a month (on the Whole30). I've been avoiding sweetners ever since.
