Summer begins

Hi guys…
Nice to hear about your summer plans!
I’m sorry to dump my problems on you but does anyone ever have or ever gotten furious on small things? I mean right after I left the hospital, so much frustration is coming to me over dumb things. I used to have anger problems but learned to control them but now it’s just bad and explosive…
Once again… sorry about this…
I have the temperament of a Viking Berzerker - I don't have anger problems, other people do though. I lose my temper with a gleeful smile and enough adrenalin to pick up small cars. It happens very rarely as I am usually perfectly peaceful - I never start trouble, but if people come looking then they find it - they usually seem quite astonished.

I remember when I was diagnosed with diabetes, it was also the first week of the holidays and I spent a month in the hospital. It sucked! I'm sorry for you.
I'd like to spend the summer traveling somewhere and getting new experiences. Or I would really like to spend the summer as I did when I was a child in my Grandmother's village, taking care of animals, playing with friends and swimming in the lake. But I'm an adult now, so it's impossible.
Do you like books? The days in the hospital seemed less boring when I read an interesting book. Harry Potter was coming out in those years, and it was cool. I don't know what your generation is reading now.

TBH my “generation” reads a lot of adult books if they ever read at all but then you get some who read lord of the rings hp hunger games…
I don’t think this counts but I’m currently reading the bible (not Christian tho)
And I have a knack for classics like pride and prejudice and stuff like ethics

The Bible is an interesting book regardless of religion, as well as the myths of Ancient Greece. Mr. Darcy is definitely one of my book lovers. An amazing novel!

I'm Type 2. And my levels are so high. Even first thing in the morning
Poor you @Hoodiegirl3 Not a great start to your summer break, glad to hear you’re ok. I’m T2 diet only but I’ve noticed on the forum how many of those on insulin are saying their numbers are all over the place in this weather.

Look after yourself & make sure you keep an eye in those numbers & ketones :)

Hi. I'm fine thanks.
Just tested and it's 8.4. Did nothing different today. During the day it currently can be as high as 10. Be glad when it cools down.
