Depends what you think of as supper.
To me it's a snack around 10pm.
Some have dinner early evening while I have my tea at teatime ... five or six o'clock.
Could start a war over these differences!
So I've just had supper .... a raspberry tart and a bowl of nuts with small chunks of cheese mixed in plus a glass of vodka and my evening tablets.

I'll check my BG and if good will have 2-3 sices of thin ham. ;)

I have supper at around 8-9 and always have a little snack before bed to avoid a hypo.usually a little chocolate! I had some gluten free chips with oven chicken yummy
