I've been pumping 3 years now and have noticed some of my sites aren't healing as well as they used to. I rotate between all the sites I can on my stomach, hips and between ribs but legs and arms aren't an option as no fat plus I'm partially sighted so can't see those properly.

I've ordered some Vitabiotics Perfectil Plus Skin to see if this helps and wondered if anyone used anything similar? Does it make a difference?

I use Bio Oil on my sites and they do seem to clear up well.

I was recommended Tea Tree Cream by my DSN, do use it now and again.

I've also used bio oil, on sites where there has been infection or scarring and it works a treat.

I was recommended by a long term pumper to use T Tree oil. I found that it wasnt necessary for Flexlinks but definately on Tenderlinks. So far, ive not used it on Inset IIs or Inset 30s or used Bio oil either. Steel needle sets need to be removed carefully so best taken out after a long soak in a bath but if just having a shower, then adhesive removal spray is ideal or a good dab with babyoil and remember to wipe the skin with alcohol swab to get rid of oil residue b4 putting another set in

I have tried Bio oil before but maybe I used too much because I felt greasy for ages afterwards! What tips do you all have for using it to keep pumping skin healthy please?

You only need a tiny amount of Bio Oil. Just enough to wet the affected area, not a pool of oil even.
