I have just tried to take part in your survey and when asked how long I have had Diabetes for it will not accept my no.of 47. Why I have had it for 47yrs says it is not a valid number. What a waste of my time!!!!!

I've tried to fill it in but keep getting stopped by question 3! Although there is a box to fill in 'other' medical conditions (which I've done), if you haven't actually ticked a box, it STILL says you have to tick a box! But the 'other' doesn't have a tick box, y'see. So you just get stuck there!

Could you please have a look at tweaking that too, @Administrator ?
