Sweet tooth cravings!

Since I've been diagnosed with prediebetes I've tried to cut cut the **** put of my diet .

But I get hoeeible sugar cravings.

Is there any snacks that are good or something i can make at home ?

85percent dark choc is something I'm loving but im having too much of it
 
although not perfect have a look at fruits but some can cause bad sugar highs such as Grapes and Pineapple.

Apples Pears and any with berry in the name are great especially now the blackberries are free and it gets you outdoor to get them
 
I make up a sugar free jelly with a couple of tablespoons of gelatine to make a strong set, then add either frozen mixed berries or strawberries (after letting the jelly cool). I then eat it with cream or yoghurt.
It feels like a lot - I make it with more than a pint of water and add in flavours such as orange, lemon or vanilla if I can't get many variants of sugar free jelly. I have used sugar free squash when I could not get jellies, just added to the plain gelatine. When I found the cupboard bare I used my trusty Bamix and made some of the fruit into a puree to colour and flavour the mix.
