Hi and welcome to the forum. Do you test using a BG monitor? The thing with any food is, some people can eat what others can't and the only way to really know if corn is a safe food for you is to test after eating it. I had corn nibbles with my dinner tonight but I'm fine with them, with someone else they may (probably would) cause a spike. If you do test and can keep within range then go for it

Doctors and their nurses tell everybody not to test but if you don't test how do you know which foods are increasing your BG and which keep it at a good level,? The reason they tell us not to test is because the NHS can't afford to fund us so we self fund According to Nice guidelines we are supposed to keep levels between 4.5 and 8.5 how are we supposed to do that without knowing what our levels are before and after eating. That's why we test
