Hi

1. How much of carb in a day can be categorized into "Low Carb" category? How do you measure. I have started looking at ingredients at back of product + what is available on the internet. Wish there is simple way to kinda guestimate range of carb Im eating.

2. I have started doing Low Carb for last 2 weeks, but getting sensation of bloated stomach, feeling of gaining wt and feeling tired. Are there any initial symptoms when body is getting used to Low Carb food

Thank you for your time and appreciate all your support and sharing of knowledge.

Thanks
Kumar

Are you replacing the calories lost from not eating carbs with a little more fat?
You need fuel, and fat is that, so you don't feel tired.
You can get some slightly adverse side effects to going low carb, but if you are eating salads and other low carb veges you should sook start to feel better than ever.

Maybe get your thyroid checked - I was diagnosed diabetic then about a year later my thyroid went severely hypo - never felt so awful/miserable in my life!

Hi Kumar
Low carb may be great, but don't forget high fibre and plenty to drink (water or no sugar drinks ps not fizzy) only this may reduce swelling and reduce weight as a side effect.
