System Online

Pre pandemic, I used System Online to book GP appointments, and then of course when the pandemic hit, that ability was taken down.

Sometime last year we then got the ability to view past and present appointments back, although still unable to make appointments online. However for a few months now I've been unable to see past/present appointments. Surgery say I'm still given access from their end and it must be NHS digital who run System Online who have made changes to their system, and the surgery can't do anything about it.

Has this happened to anyone else using System Online?
 
I get this message and can't see past appointments.. however not sure I ever have done..

I’ve got the NHS app on my phone & can see consultations on there, presume system online will be the same
 
Works through browser for me. Might be browser cache, or cookies. Maybe try clearing them if you're not going to loose stuff you rely on.
 
Thanks, but I've tried it on 3 devices, 1 of which doesn't have my emails etc on, so I don't think it's that.
 
My surgery have replaced systmonline (note the first "e" is missing) with AirMid although I notice the same info is available in the NHS app
 
My surgery never have appointments anyway so there’s no point logging on to that system!
My surgery does not use this system for appointments. It does, however, use it to share medical records so I log in to see my blood test results.

The only thing I can do in there is order my repeat prescription. I certainly don’t get test results on there I wish I did!
 
Different surgeries allow different levels of access, so it's worth asking, but just to make you aware you're not guaranteed to get it.
