T 2 What is the best evening snack to keep blood sugars even overnight? I'm wheat intolerant.

How are you at cooking. I make a batch of, biscuits, brownies, cheese cake, crisps. Type in "keto" or "low carb" followed by whatever you feel like into a search engine. A batch usually lasts me a week but depends on who else is eating them. I'm about to try low carb brownies now.
 
I'm a walnuts or cheese girl myself (with the occasional Greek yoghurt - laced with cinnamon and sweetener). Cinnamon is a good one since this is known to help with raised sugar levels.
