Hey,
So I've been hard at it lately in the gym and with my diet and things are moving a little too slow for me at the moment. I've been thinking of using fat burners for while, just because I'm also really into my fitness at the moment and heard they're a good boost. The only thing is that I'm worried how they might affect me. I'm aware it could take a bit of trial and error but I'm wondering how much? I don't want to be having scary, uncontrollable lows or coma-inducing highs! Or just some sort of weird reaction and stop living (bit dramatic, but I'm a huge worrier!)
Obviously I know that fat burners with ketones in the ingredients is out of question but are there any other ingredients I absolutely should avoid? Or ones that anyone has found will help?
Anyone on here taken them? I'd really love some tips or advice on them, there's pretty much no information online about fat burners and diabetes type 1.
Thank you x
