Hey all,
My first post here! I'm a T1 of nine years and I've been climbing for four years. I want to share this because it's given me total control over my diabetes. Much like any other sport, it's a commitment, but it's taken me to an incredible point in my life, where diabetes never has control, despite me being insulin dependent. I wanted to see if anyone else has found this and I want to spread word to all others!
Wishing you all well and brilliant blood sugars!
Liam
