T2 for 6 years having problems

Morning I was diagnosed as t2 years ago and been diet controlled and no probe.but this last 9 months been suffering from dry gritty eyes and dry sore bleeding tongue.my mouth is very Dr and sore and my tongue bad a red end to it.ive been so thirsty and feel I want to wee all the time.recently I've felt unwell and very tired no matter how much I rest and many mornings I am so nauseous and begin retching.I've started taking my blood sugars many mornings its been 8.4 and even 9.6 but I've been shaky and yuck feeling on a blood sugar of 4.7.i am so dry all the time even my poop is dry like rabbit pellets (sorry guys) do I need to see my GP? Or just stick to my low cal diet,which I've not been.
 
Hi there, Sorry to hear of your problems. Yes, I do think that you should see your doctor, I could offer you my opinion but I'm not medically qualified - I would try to eat more oils e.g olive oil, butter, oily fish etc and increase my water intake but also I would be making an emergency appointment with my GP. Hope you get your problem solved whatever you decide. All the best
 
Get thee to a doctor.
And I would be testing more than once a day (unsure from your post how often you are testing).

Definitely need to discuss this with a medical professional, because those symptoms could be a lot of things from diabetes to medication side effects.

Are you doing a very low fat diet? Because sometimes that can cause dry skin, dry all - sorts.
 
Sorry to read that you are not well. Yes off to the quack asap. Lots of fluids and keep the carbs down.Let us know how you get on.

This morning my fasting blood is 8.9 feeling very nauseous.going to see doc.thanks guys.I test three times a day at the moment due to feeling yuck.
