BG fell through the floor on way home, felt really low and was.
I guess that I'd burned through the banana and out the other side!

Very occasionally I have had it down lower (3.1 is my record), always after heavy exercise, just a case of burning glucose faster than my liver can release it. I did feel pretty close to collapse though. It comes up very quickly by itself too,
3.2 is very low. I thought it never goes below 3.7 without medication.
I've measured 2.5 on my meter before (drug free) and also had a few 3s and below. Been told as long as not on drugs then it's not a problem. Could easily be meter error at that level anyway (yes i did repeat test)3.2 is very low. I thought it never goes below 3.7 without medication.

As for the thread, today i fasted @ 6.1
Instead yesterday, ahem.. this is going to look bad for my first post (and is not normal)
Breakfast:
Overnight oats with almond milk, oats, strawberries and Greek yoghurt and chia seed
Lunch: Greek yoghurt, strawberries, flax seed, flax, sunflower, sesame seed and goji
Evening: pizza hut chicken fajita chunks. large stuffed crust pizza with half pepperoni, half (red onion, pineapple, tomato and mixed peppers) and about a quarter of a hazelnut and chocolate cake with Ferreo rocher [Yes, all of it... So well over a days calories in one meal with insane carbs, Sorry to my body) my bloods were a 9 when I went to bed (2 and 4 hours after that monstrosity)
