Do you have a carb limit? I can never eat as many carbs as you do in one meal. I was told to eat 1 or 2 servings (15 grams= 1 serving) of carbs per meal and only occasionally to allow myself to eat 3 servings in one meal, like for a holiday treat. Obviously everyone is different, but what is your goal here?

BG @ 6.05am was 7.5 had a cup decaf coffee with milk
BG @. 8.30 am was 7.3 had 40g porridge with half water half milk plus 6 Blueberries and 2 strawberries +2nd decaf coffee 2hours later 10.3
BG before Lunch was 5.4 had ham and cheese omelette and a coffee decaf 2 hours later BG was 5.1
i took my Gliclizide after breakfast recently given them by doctors about a week ago maybe less than that.K

7.1 Better than yesterday and aiming for better tomorrow. This forum kinda helps with my willpower. Also determined not to be on more medication.
