Yesterday (12/12).
0710: Mug of coffee with double cream & sweetener.
1100: 1 Rich Tea biscuit (5.9g carbs), mug of tea.
1300: 1 fried egg, 1 pork sausage (5g carbs). 1 slice buttered wholemeal toast (15g carbs), mug of tea.
1600: 1 Rich Tea biscuit (5.9g carbs), mug of tea.
1830: Chicken curry (19g carbs) 4 parathas (320g carbs!!), mango puree sorbet (30g carbs).
I didn't know the frozen parathas had so many carbs, 80g each, until I checked the packaging when I got a 8.0 reading 2 hours after eating.
Fbg today 6.4.
One hell of a lot of carbs in one go! 8 after 2 hours is fantastic, I don't think a non diabetic would be lower than that.Yesterday (12/12).

Just think, to match yesterdays 370g carbs at tea time you could have eaten about 80 of those liqueur chocolates. I guess that shows how easy it is to load up on carbs eating bread (which was always my weakness, especially when still warm from the oven}.Yesterday (13/12).

1900: 'Roast beef dinner', including small Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, peas & carrots (39g carbs), slice of lemon tart with double cream.
2100: 3 Dark liqueur chocolates (14.4g carbs).
